I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Petite Auberge on Bush Street, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. From the moment I checked in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. A special shout-out to Christy at the front desk. Her genuine customer service and attention to detail were exceptional. She remembered me the next day and asked about my dinner, recalling specific details from our conversation. It was a refreshing change to experience such personalized care. I also wanted to recognize Leon for taking the time to ask about my stay and offer some recommendations. He shared his knowledge of the street and neighborhood. The room itself was charming and comfortable, and I appreciated the convenience of having cold and sparkling water available at all hours. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the pastry of the day was a particular highlight. Each morning, I enjoyed my breakfast in front of the fireplace, which was a lovely way to start the day before exploring Union Square, the Wharf, and other nearby attractions. I highly recommend the Petite Auberge to anyone visiting San Francisco. It's a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional customer service.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Front Desk staff member Noel for his exceptional service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in answering all of my questions, and he went out of his way to accommodate every request I had. His warm and engaging manner made him feel more like a friend than just a hotel staff member. Thanks to your outstanding hospitality—and the comfort and charm of the hotel—I decided to extend my stay at both Petite Auberge and White Swan Inn for an additional five nights. My time here has been thoroughly enjoyable. I truly appreciate how well the hotel is maintained, especially the cozy fireplaces and the vintage-style lift that add so much character. Oh, and I must not forget to mention the healthy breakfast and the delightful afternoon wine and nibbles—they made each day even more special. I will definitely come back again!

Super positive experience: central location, cosy room, quality products in the bathroom ( the hair dryer is provided even if it's not written on the amenities 'list), good breakfast ( mainly sweet: porridge, pastries, some fruits - oranges/ apples/bananas-, sandwich bread with butter and strawberry or apricot jam, boiled eggs, orange juice/ milk, vanilla and strawberry yogurt). A selection of teas/ herbal teas/ coffee and hot chocolate is available all day long as well bottled water, which is really very much appreciated! In the afternoon (5-6.30 pm) you can have a glass of wine with nibbles. The staff is very kind.

We love love LOVED our stay here! The bed was so comfy we ended up napping almost every day, the fireplace was cozy beyond belief, the location is PERFECT (close to Chinatown and SF MOMA, away from the sketchy areas), and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Free water was incredibly nice to have, and the breakfast was delicious. Also, the evening snacks were tasty and a fun atmosphere! We wish we could just move in and live here forever :)

This was a great hotel to stay in. We loved it! Gorgeous room with wallpaper and fireplace and the staff were very attentive. Coffee, tea and cold drinks was available 24 hours. A continental breakfast was served 2 doors up in their sister hotel, White Swan. There was lots to eat. The hotel was in Union Square surrounded by bars and restaurants so no need to go anywhere else for dinner.
